  • Mark S. Beadle is a highly experienced Hotel real estate Broker and Hospitality advisory professional who has dedicated his career to the industry. During the past 40 years he has developed exceptional expertise in Hospitality asset acquisition and disposition, asset management, project development, franchise development, management contract analysis, market analysis and unit operations.

    Before joining HTL Hospitality Advisors Mr. Beadle was a principal with Horwath HTL, the US hospitality brokerage arm of Horwath International, the premier hospitality accounting and consulting firm in the world. Prior to Horwath he had successfully held top management positions for several major hospitality advisory and development firms. As Director of Real Estate at Holiday Inn Worldwide and subsequent Bass Hotels & Resorts (currently InterContinental Hotels Group), he held real estate responsibilities in a portfolio of over 60 hotel assets valued in excess of one billion dollars. In this position he was responsible for working with corporate managed hotels designated for disposition. In cases of leasehold properties he negotiated lease terminations acceptable to both lessee and lessor.

    Prior to joining Holiday Inn Worldwide Mr. Beadle was a Vice President and Project Manager with a southeastern regional development company based in Atlanta. In this position he was responsible for the ground-up development of various hotel, office and retail projects. His responsibilities included the oversight of design, construction and FF&E procurement as well as franchise and management company selection. Upon completion and opening Mr. Beadle provided asset management services as well.

    Additional experiences include franchise sales and development where Mr. Beadle was responsible for a nine state southeastern territory and the promotion and development of a select service brand of hotels for the region. He has also been a senior consultant with Pannell Kerr Forster, an international certified public accounting and hospitality consulting firm, where he was involved in the review, advising and consulting of hospitality feasibility assignments including financial projections relating to property operations. Mr. Beadle has unit operational experience with both Stouffer’s and Sheraton Hotel Corporations in 400 to 500 guestroom properties. He held key management positions and was a member of the executive committees. In his capacity he was responsible for fulfilling certain asset management requirements relating to planning, budgeting and operations.

    Mr. Beadle holds the industry designation of Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and was graduated from The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University. Mr. Beadle is currently licensed as a real estate broker in multiple states. He has been a hotel school guest lecturer, served as a panel member at hospitality industry conferences, a guest speaker at real estate industry events and written articles for hospitality industry publications.
