Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure (“HTL”) is a network of highly skilled, educated and licensed professional advisors that provide specialized real estate services around the United States of America. Each managing director is a licensed and experienced individual in their region.

What does it mean to provide real estate services in the Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Market?

• Assist Principal Buyers and Owners of real estate to acquire and dispose of properties.
• Provide access to capital markets for construction, refinancing and purchasing of assets.
• Consult and Provide real estate services to owners on how to construct, develop, finance, manage, purchase and sell assets.

HTL helps owners and principals expand their business in the real estate industry by connecting these professionals with investors, vendors and other licensed professionals that recognizes the HTL brand and real estate services that HTL has to offer.

HTL works with active licensed real estate Attorneys, Capital Advisors, Brokers, Investment Advisors and  Property Managers to provide real estate services in the Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Market.

Each Member is separately licensed, and each membership entity is separately owned by a member of HTL.
