Yatish Nathraj is a hotel real estate broker in Southern California. He has been in Hotel Management for over fifteen years. Seeking a more passionate role in the industry, he initially chose to manage many different brands early his career, including Holiday Inn Express, Best Western and numerous independent hotels before focusing his work efforts on transactional related activities within the industry.
Mr. Nathraj’s expertise is in the disposition & acquisition of distressed and under-valued assets for first time hotel & motel investors. During his career he has managed the construction of many branded hotels as well as added upside potential by envisioning the renovation and rehabilitation of older hotels and motels. Mr. Nathraj has traveled abroad to help assist with international hospitality investments and to manage select service hotels. He currently consults and advises investments groups in Pan Africa with regards to construction, acquisition, disposition and operation of their hotel portfolio. He has spoken at forums that deal with financial responsibility for entrepreneurs who are investing in emerging markets. He has very strong community ties with the Asian American Hotel Owners Association and other ethnic groups that invest in hotels and motels nationwide.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
