Yatish Nathraj is a hotel real estate broker in Southern California. His career experience includes managing, developing, constructing and rehabbing hotels, restaurants and bars spanning over three decades.
Mr. Nathraj’s specialty is in the acquisition and disposition of distressed and under-valued hotel & motel for buyers, investors and property owners.His network of buyers, investors and property owners come from a diverse background of first time hospitality operators to multi-generational hotel owners and entrepreneurs.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Masters Degree of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
