Jeff Baik is the Managing Director and Hotel Broker of Record for HTL's New York office. He specializes in off-market hotel transactions, sourcing loans for commercial properties and property management consulting.
He has two decades of experience in commercial real estate and financing; he held roles of analyst and broker at NY-based investment sales firm Besen & Associates, and most recently was Director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, a national commercial finance firm. Mr. Baik is also experienced in hotel operations and management; at Hyatt International, he served on two grand opening teams at the Hyatt Regency Incheon (presently Grand Hyatt) in South Korea and the Park Hyatt Washington, D.C.
Mr. Baik is a graduate of the Hotel School at Cornell University and has a vast network of lenders, bankers and institutional investors looking to provide capital in the hospitality industry.
