Hyatt Place – Delano (Bakersfield), CA
HTL assisted its client from the inception of this four story, 100-room, upper mid-market hotel development which includes a café and lounge, 3,850 square foot ballroom divisible into four smaller meeting rooms, 3,000 square feet of adjacent garden meeting space, fitness room and pool/spa. Initially we worked with the owner to identify the best franchise opportunity for the site followed by assistance in the contract negotiations. Once secured, we worked with the architect to optimize the building layout for the site and coordinated closely with the owner and the various development team members including the general contractor, lender, FF&E purchasing agent and installation company. We performed all the pre-opening services in a timely manner to meet Hyatt’s requirements to open the hotel including among others the hiring and training of the hotel staff and implementation of a sales, marketing and revenue management strategy.
Homewood Suites by Hilton - Santa Clarita (Los Angeles), CA
(Currently Under Construction - Opening January 2021)
HTL was selected by ownership to assist in the construction of this 107 room Homewood Suites by Hilton scheduled to open in the spring of 2020. The HTL Management Team will also oversee all the Pre-opening Management activities and manage the Property subject to a long term management contract once the construction is completed. This five-story property will offer wonderful views of San Fernando Valley and the Six Flags Amusement Park located directly across Interstate 5 from the Hotel. This upscale scale, extended stay, Hotel will provide guests a free breakfast and offer use of a fitness center and meeting space.
Hyatt Place & Hyatt House – Pomona (Los Angeles), CA
(Currently Under Construction - Opening Early 2021)
The Company worked with the owner to secure the two franchises necessary to construct a combination five-story, 115-room, upper mid-market Hyatt Place Hotel and 100-room, upscale extended stay Hyatt House Hotel. The combined properties will have a 5,000 square foot ballroom plus over 2,000 square feet of additional meeting space. In addition to the fitness center, it will also have a café, two lounges and a large outdoor pool and gathering area for receptions and other such functions. As with the Hyatt Place – Delano, we are assisting on all facets of the development and will be charged with the pre-opening services and on-going management of the completed facility.
Hampton Inn - Santa Clarita (Los Angeles), CA
(Currently Under Construction - Opening Spring 2022)
HTL has been selected to assist the owner with the construction of this 78-room Hampton Inn, Santa Clarita scheduled to open in the fall of 2020. HTL will also coordinate all Pre-opening Management services and will manage the asset on a long term basis once completed. This five story property is located just off Interstate 5 and overlooks the Six Flags Amusement Park and the Santa Susana Mountains. This five story facility will offer all guests a free breakfast, meeting space and use of the fitness center.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Ridgecrest, CA
(Currently Under Construction - Opening 2021)
HTL Management has been selected to assist the ownership group with the development, pre-opening and property management of the proposed 103-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites to be located in Ridgecrest, CA. The four story hotel is scheduled to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2019 and open in late 2020. The hotel will be located across the street from the Ridgecrest Regional Hospital and near the entrance to the Navel Air Weapons Station China Lake. Ridgecrest is surrounded by four mountain ranges which provide a variety of recreational activities to the area. Lake Isabella is located to the east and the Mojave Desert National Preserve and its notorious Death Valley is situated to the east.
Hampton Inn & Suites - Sequoia National Park (Three Rivers, CA)
HTL was selected to help the owner from the inception of this proposed hotel development project. Construction of this proposed 3-story, 105 key, Hampton Inn & Suites located near the entrance to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park in the town of Three Rivers, CA is scheduled for completion in 2022. The facilities will include a 1,200 square foot meeting room and an outdoor patio for special events use, outdoor pool and fitness center. HTL will coordinate all Pre-opening Management services and will manage the asset on a long term basis once completed.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Twentynine Palms, CA
HTL ownership developed and managed this Hotel that opened in 2010 until it was recently sold to an associate member of the Company. The four story, property has 84 guestrooms, pool and fitness center. It continues to be managed by a member of the HTL group.
